Guardant Station server stores all the events for each serial number. For each activation, reactivation or update request there will be a record there including unsuccessful operations with reason explanations.

In case difficulties arise during the activation or operation of the Guardant DL software key, then the Event History of such a key reflects the possible causes of the problem or tips for its localization.

To open the Serial number Event History:

  1. Copy the serial number.

    Select the Orders menu item.

    Click on the line with the required order.

    Click on the Download [number] serial numbers link, open the file with serial numbers, find the required serial number and copy it.

  2. Open the serial number information.

    • Number of transactions;
    • Hardware data on which the event occurred;
