To block a serial number, it is necessary first copy it to the clipboard
The serial number can be copied from the Customer page or from the Order.
Please select the most convenient method.
Copy from the Customer page
To copy the serial number from the Customer page follow the steps:
- Select the Customer item.
- Click on the row with the required customer.
- Go to the Serial Numbers and Hardware Keys (dongles) tab.
- Click on the copy icon next to the Serial Number. This will copy the serial number to the clipboard.
Copy from the Order
To copy the serial number from the Order follow the steps:
- Select the Orders item.
- Click on the line with the required order.
- Click on the Download [number] serial numbers link, open the file with serial numbers, find the required serial number and copy it. As a result, the serial number will be copied to the clipboard.
Serial number block:
To block a serial number follow the steps:
- There is a search bar at the top of the system window. Next to that search bar, select Serial numbers from the drop-down list.
- Paste the copied serial number into the search field.
- Press the Enter key.
- In the search results table, click on the serial number row. Open the serial number information.
In the line with the serial number, click on the three dots and select Block.
If the serial number was blocked by mistake, it is possible to restore it. To do this, in the line with the serial number, click on the three dots and select Restore.
