An order — is a method of generating a license for a customer and serial numbers for its activation. There are two types of orders:
- A new order — is the initial generation of a license for a customer, as a result of which the required number of serial numbers is created.
- Update — is an update of a customer license for a specific serial number.
Order statuses
| Status | Value |
|---|---|
| Draft | The vendor has filled out the order form, but has not yet sent it for processing. In this status, the order is not active and can be edited |
| Done | The vendor has generated an order and the customer can get a license. Serial numbers will be generated for such an order |
| Cancelled | The vendor has cancelled the order. It is not possible to get a product license for such an order |
