A memory item can be added to a product during the product creation stage or while the product is in the "Draft" status. It can also be added during the product modification process. A product can contain multiple memory items, but their IDs must be unique.

 To add memory items to a product follow the next steps: 

  1. Select the Products menu item.
  2. If you need to add an item to an existing product:
    - click on the product line;
    - go to the Memory items tab;
    - click Add memory item;
    - tick the checkboxes next to the names of the required memory items and click Submit.
  3. If you need to create a product and add a memory item into it:
    - click Add Product;
    - specify the required information;
    - click Add memory item;
    - tick the checkboxes next to the names of the required memory items and click Submit.
  4. After that, you need to add the product to the order.


To add memory items to a product during its modification follow the steps below:

  1. Select the Products menu item.
  2. Click on the product line.
  3. Next to the product name, click on the three dots and select Modificate.
    Click Add memory item;
  4. Tick the checkboxes next to the names of the required memory items and click Submit.
  5. Then you need to add the product to the order.


The product can be added to the order at the order creation stage or while the order is in the "Draft" status. It can also be added during the order update process.

To add a product into the order follow the steps below:

  1. Select the Orders menu item.
  2. If it is necessary to create a new order and add a product to it:
    • Click Add order.
    • Fill out the required information;
    • Click Add Product.
    • Click on the line with the required product.
  3. If it is necessary to add a product to an existing order (possibly for an order with the "Draft" status):
    • Click on the order line;
    • On the order page, click Add product;
    • Click on the line with the required product.

To add a product to an order during update follow the next steps: 

  1. Select the Orders menu item.
  2. Click on the order line.
  3. Click Update License.
  4. In the Products section, click Add product.
  5. In the Product selection window, click on the line with the required product.
  6. To confirm your order, on the order page, click Submit order.
